New & Custom home on rural lot:

Working with Andrew and his team at Hemlock Homes was very positive experience from start to finish and I would certainly work with them again. Andrew participated in the process of building this new, custom home from the planning and permitting phase, through the ongoing design process, right to move in with excellent communication and attention to detail.

His team went above and beyond to help expedite final stages of the inspections and sign-offs. Andrew’s attention to detail with estimating and budgeting helped ensure I was aware of the status of the project from start to finish and could adjust accordingly as each significant decision or milestone came around. The build was managed professionally, finished as planned, under budget, and within the time expected despite delays due to dealings with the local building inspectors.
